SHIPPING

Orders are prepared and printed upon ordering to ensure the highest quality presentation for each and every orders. Due to the precious nature of this print we have opted out of storing this item in bulk. This was we can ensure its quality and avoid any defect print/mounts to be sent out.

UK SHIPPING ONLY

• Orders within the UK should be expected within 14 - 21 working days via Free Tracked Shipping (DPD).

REST OF THE WORLD

• Currently the ‘First Light’ Print is only available in the UK shipping for the rest of the world will be released soon.

Please note: J Dhillon does not accept responsibility for orders lost in the post due to courier error, but we will try our utmost to rectify ALL issues, should they arise.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return new/original condition items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. If the item has been shipped out as a result of an error from our side (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will pay for shipping costs.

For any items that are sent back to be exchanged we will cover the cost of shipping them back to you, this can only be done once. If items are to be exchanged twice you will incur handling and shipping fee.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the nature of the operations at J Dhillon we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to a change of mind. 'Change of Mind' includes but is not limited to:

• Wrong sizing

• Want to change paper style
